Some of my friends say or write"JIGOO" as a greeting and won't tell me what it means.

People keep getting suspended from Yahoo Answers for no apparent reason. People who give well thought out answers are "suspended" while racists complaining about all the non-whites in their neighborhoods get level 5 rankings. Why? Is there a method to the madness or is really as petty and random as people suspect?
